Beauty and the Beast - children's theater

In a small French village lived, with her father, a beautiful and modest young girl named Belle. She chooses to sacrifice herself to save her father and becomes the prisoner of a terrifying creature in whose castle she promises to remain until the end of her days. Surprisingly, as each day passes, Belle manages to look beyond appearances and discovers that the Beast is in fact a cursed prince who will only be freed by the love of someone who will accept him for who he truly is. In the end, he turns out to be a sentient being capable of love.
